1. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not provide a return policy, and all goods sold are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Once a purchase is completed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, design preferences, or any other reason. We encourage you to carefully review your order details, measurements, and specifications before finalizing your purchase.

2. Exchanges (Case-by-Case Basis)

Exchanges are highly restricted and are evaluated strictly on a case-by-case basis, subject to the following conditions:

• Management Approval: Any proposed exchange is subject to the sole discretion and final approval of Locus Habitat management.
• Customized Items: Custom-made, bespoke, or personalized items are strictly ineligible for exchange under any circumstances.
• Condition of Goods: For standard (non-customized) items deemed eligible for an exchange by management, the product must be completely unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact same condition as when it was received.
